Normal temperature polyester PTFE coated needle felt dust bag series, long-term working temperature <120℃: polyester coated, polyester striped anti-static coated, polyester waterproof and oilproof coated, polyester mixed conductive fiber coated;
Medium-temperature acrylic PTFE coated needle felt dust bag, long-time working temperature of 120-140 ℃;
High temperature PTFE coated needle felt dust bag series: PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) coated, Metas (Nomex) coated, FMS (FMS) fiberglass composite coated, 70% PPS + 30% PTFE blended coated, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated.
Recommended using conditions of PTFE coated needle felt dust bag : filtration air speed <0.8m/min (ultra-low emission <0.6m/min), inlet dust concentration: <30g/m3, fixed resistance pulse cleaning resistance 800 to 1200pa.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film surface is smooth and chemical-resistant, it is laminated to the surface layer of common filter material, which plays the role of disposable dust layer, and all the dust is retained on the surface of the film to realize the surface filtration; and because of the smooth surface of the film, it has excellent chemical stability, non-ageing, and is water-repellent, so that the dust retained on the surface can be easily flaked, and at the same time, it improves the service life of the filter material.
Compared with ordinary filter material, its advantages are:
The average pore size of the film is about 0.3μm, and the filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.99%, which can effectively support the dust removal system to achieve ultra-low emissions. The dust removal efficiency is always high without changing the porosity after cleaning.
In the beginning use of coated filter media, the pressure loss is higher than that of the ordinary filter material, but after it is put into operation, the pressure loss changes little with the increase of the use time, and the pressure loss of the ordinary filter material will increase with the extension of the use time.
In the use of ordinary filter material, dust is easy to enter the interior and accumulates until the pores are blocked, resulting in no further use. The filtered dust is easy to remove from the membrane surface by using of PTFE coated filter material, the cleaning effect is good, the cycle is long, and the cleaning pressure strength is low, thus improving the service life of the filter material and reducing the operating cost of the product.
PTFE coated needle felt dust bag advantages compared with products in the same industry:
1、Thickened PTFE microporous film, porosity of more than 80%, high-precision filtration and air permeability at the same time;
2、Modernized professional filter media laminating machine can laminate the whole material filter media, and the lamination is firm and even;
3. In order to prevent dust from entering the empty space of the suture needle, the suture line and the interface are sealed with glue and the bag body is hot melted.
