1. Composite material: The lining plate is based on alloy steel and inlaid with wear-resistant ceramic particles.
2. High wear resistance: The alloy steel with comprehensive toughness and wear resistance is used as the base material, and the surface is inlaid with high wear-resistant ceramic particles as a hard filler, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the lining plate.
3. Lightweight: According to the actual production requirements, select the appropriate alloy base material and ceramic material ratio, the density is adjustable, the weight is light, and the replacement and installation are convenient.
4. Increase production and reduce consumption: increase the internal space of the ball mill, and the inlaid wear-resistant ceramic particles can improve the wear-resistant life, and maintain the corrugated shape during the life cycle, the output is stable, and the production is increased and the consumption is reduced.
